So the former WHAM! frontman was arrested for possession of crack cocaine in a public restroom. I’m not cheering that. What I’m impressed by is his statement (according to the BBC):
“A 45-year-old man was arrested on 19 September on suspicion of possession of drugs in the Hampstead Heath area,” a Metropolitan Police spokesman said.In a statement Michael said: “I want to apologise to my fans for screwing up again, and to promise them I’ll sort myself out. And to say sorry to everybody else, just for boring them.”
bwahahahahha! Who says drugs are bad? Just look at the sense of humour on that coked-up bloke!

I heard this on the radio today and thought I was hearing things! When they repeated it an hour later (and I realised that no, I wasn’t nuts), it only made me love George Michael that much more.
