must. have. this…

I’ve been looking for something to put under our dining room table. Something sturdy enough to be hosed off, if need be. The plan was to use a linoleum remnant as an area “rug” until I discovered it’s almost impossible to find real linoleum these days… forget about anything with a cool, retro pattern.
And then I ran across these Vinyl Tap floor pieces by artist Rob Nadeau. Freaking beautiful! I so, SO want one! Alas, my flooring budget for that room is oh, like maybe $40, so it looks like this might fall into the DIY category.
I’ll keep you posted…

Oh, I love that look! The round blue one is mine, all mine. But when I look at those cool designs, all I can see are little black scuff marks all over it. Maybe I could make it work if I put some yellow crime scene tape all around it so nobody could actually step on it. I dunno.

two things:
1) You could TOTALLY do this… your own cool Pomoni spin… TOTALLY. Paint your canvas, pour the polymer… you already know how that self-leveling junk works…
2) can you please set your links to open in a new window? I click on them and then invariably I close the window and I have closed your blog… this is not spiritually creamy.
